Adding companies

Add one company

Enter the company number. Fyling looks the company up at Companies House and fills in its name, status, registered address, SIC codes, officers, people with significant control and due dates.

Add many at once

Paste a list of company numbers, one per line. Each one is looked up in the same way. Numbers that cannot be found are listed so you can correct them.

What comes in automatically

Everything Companies House publishes about the company. You do not need to type any of it.

What you enter yourself

The company authentication code. It is a six-character code that Companies House keeps private, so it is not in the public record. You can get it from the company, or ask Companies House to send it. You need it before you can submit anything for that company.

The code is encrypted when you save it and is not shown again afterwards.
