Charges
MR01, MR04
Register a new charge, such as a mortgage or debenture, and record its satisfaction when it is paid off. Fyling keeps the company's charges together and your practice submits each form under its own presenter account.
What it does for your practice
- Each company's charges in one list, with their status.
- A satisfaction starts from the charge it relates to.
- Required fields are checked before the form can be submitted.
- Every submission is written to your practice's activity log.
How it works
- 1
Open the company and choose to register a charge, or pick the charge to satisfy.
- 2
Enter the charge details, or the satisfaction details.
- 3
Review the form and submit it under your practice's presenter account.
Who it is for
Practices whose clients borrow against their assets and need charges registered and cleared on time.
Your practice stays the filer. Fyling is the software your team uses to prepare, check and send the work.
Questions
Can I see a company's existing charges?
Yes. The company's register of charges lists each charge and whether it has been satisfied.
Who submits the filing?
Your practice does, under its own Companies House presenter account. Fyling prepares the filing, sends it with your credentials and shows you the answer Companies House gives.
What happens if Companies House rejects it?
The filing shows as rejected with the reason Companies House gave, in plain words beside the code, so you can correct it and send it again.
